Lasagne is a type of pasta and, of course, pasta is enormously famous all over the world. You can buy pasta almost anywhere and you can mix it with almost anything. Lasagne is a layered pasta. Traditionally lasagne exists out of a layer of minced meat with tomato sauce, a layer of bechamel sauce, a layer of pasta and so forth. The dish is topped off with a last layer of pasta, followed by a layer of bechamel sauce and some cheese. Then it is baked in the oven.

Tiramisu is a very famous desert. It is delicious and not hard to make. It is, just like lasagne, a layered dish. It exists out of a layer of biscuits, which are drenched in amaretto and coffee. On top of the biscuits is a thick layer of mascarpone mixed with eggs and sugar. Depending on the cook, those two layers are repeated a couple more times, but sometimes the tiramisu just has one layer. The tiramisu is traditionally topped off with a thin layer of cocoa sprinkled on top.

Ossobuco is a traditional Italian dish made with veal. The veal is cooked perfectly, which makes it really tender. The veal is braised with onions, carrots and celery.
